Wingman’s approach to Lease Administration and Abstracting is to apply a proven system that is effective in timely delivering scalable and repeatable high quality results.  For each assignment we designate a Project Manager, who is responsible for client’s requirements, determines scope, complexity, resources, processes needed to achieve accuracy.  Tests are performed based on the scope for client’s feedback, discussion of issues and conventions, subject to client’s final approval.  Reporting is provided during different phases of the abstraction process to update our client on project’s progress.  Client’s modifications and feedback are coordinated with the Project Manager.
